We invest in owner-led hospitality projects and continuously explore new opportunities across the sector. This includes acquiring or leasing commercial properties in prime locations, as well as taking over established venues - adding value through repositioning, operational upgrades, and, where relevant, growth capital to support expansion.
Developing
We develop hospitality concepts from the ground up - from strategy and planning to precisely guided execution. We cover project development, property refurbishments and fit-outs, interior design, brand positioning, and concept and offer development, including food and beverage. This is supported by market research, media strategy, and technological innovation. We also design systems and processes that support growth, consistency, process digitalization, and long-term operational autonomy.
Managing
We manage day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, performance, and consistency. This includes financial planning and management, human resources, administration, legal compliance, procurement, sales and guest relations, maintenance, and operational execution - ensuring high standards, satisfied teams, and an excellent guest experience.

Pod Zidom Bistro is an upscale bistro known for using high-quality, fresh ingredients. The excellent wine list, which also includes numerous natural wines, has been carefully compiled with the intention of raising the gastronomic experience to an even higher level.
